Roman has been working for GARE Restaurants since 2016. He gathered his experience at our sister restaurant La Gare, where he was always the head chef's right hand man. Today, he himself is the head here, bringing the true flavours of Belgium to Prague. His passion is quality seafood, oysters and unusual delicacies.
Every day, he uses the space here for his own creativity and thereby elevates the entire restaurant a little further. And that is task number 1 for him, to constantly improve and thus treat you to the best gastronomic experiences.
